This Privacy Policy explains how CraftDeck Gaming Inc. (“CraftDeck”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information on craftdeck.site (“the Site”). CraftDeck operates under the open and regulated iGaming market conducted by iGaming Ontario (iGO).

In providing our services we collect, use and disclose personal information on behalf of iGO and in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), Ontario Regulation 722/21, and all other applicable laws.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

• Account details – name, address, date of birth, email, phone, government ID, username and password.
• Payment data – masked card numbers, e‑wallet IDs, bank details.
• Voluntary data – chat messages, survey responses, support contacts, special‑category data you choose to share.

b) Information generated through use

• Technical data – IP address, device identifiers, browser type, OS, geolocation (for AML compliance).
• Usage data – pages visited, games played, session length, referral source.
• Social log‑ins – basic profile details when you connect a social account.

c) Information from third parties

• Credit bureaux and ID‑verification vendors.
• Fraud‑prevention databases.
• Marketing affiliates (campaign identifiers only).

2. Cookies & Similar Tech

We use strictly‑necessary, performance, functionality and targeting cookies plus pixel tags to:

• secure log‑ins and transactions;
• analyse traffic with Google Analytics;
• remember preferences (language, sound);
• deliver relevant adverts and track affiliate referrals.

4. Sharing Information

We never sell data. We share only with:

• Other CraftDeck group companies (support & analytics);
• Service providers such as hosting, payment and KYC vendors (under contract);
• Advertising networks to serve interest‑based ads;
• Regulators, iGO, law‑enforcement or courts when legally required;
• Potential buyers or investors in the context of a corporate transaction.

5. International Transfers

Some providers are outside Ontario. We use contractual safeguards (e.g., standard clauses) to ensure equivalent protection.

6. Security

We apply industry controls: encryption, network segmentation, penetration tests, strict access management and incident‑response procedures.

7. Data Retention

Records are kept for up to seven years after an account closes, or longer where laws require. Aggregated anonymised data may be stored indefinitely.

8. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your data, or object to certain processing. Contact privacy@craftdeck.site. You may also complain to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
